RETURNS and REFUNDS
Please choose carefully. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns/refunds due to change of mind. If, however, your item is lost or damaged or has arrived in substandard condition, please read the instructions below.
Damaged or substandard condition
If your product or products have arrived damaged or in a state where the quality of the product has been compromised, please return the item to us accompanied by your receipt or Tax Invoice. Of course, we take great care with packaging and try hard to ensure that our beautiful products arrive safe and sound, but unfortunately, accidents happen.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email notification and your refund will be processed.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days (depending on Bank processing times).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. Be aware that they may take several business days to process your refund or transfer.

Please send your product via Australia Post using Parcel Tracking.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
